Thomas – the one steering the Standlhof ship, usually a plan in mind
Always on the move, always one step ahead (and yes, sometimes with a scribbled note as backup). He knows the Zillertal like the back of his hand and has a quick comeback – or at least a grin – for every situation. A true host by heart, a master of improvisation, and probably the only one who really knows where everything in the house is.
Andrea – creative force, multitasker, and idea machine
She doesn’t just cook – she creates. From new recipes to spontaneous decorating magic, Andrea brings fresh energy to every corner of the Standlhof. Always one step ahead, always ready to jump in, and always full of clever solutions. With an eye for detail and a heart in the right place, she keeps things running – beautifully and with charm.
Johanna – sharp, steady, and always one step ahead
She’s the one who keeps the wheels turning – calmly juggling bookings, questions, and the daily madness with ease and a smile. Johanna has a sixth sense for what needs doing, often before anyone else even notices. Clear in her words, kind at heart, and simply essential to keeping things on track.
Janos – restaurant boss, top waiter, all-around legend
He’s been part of the Standlhof family for over 10 years – and knows every fork, every regular guest, and even the last hidden bottle of wine. Janos serves with style, keeps his cool no matter what, and usually knows what you want before you do. Simply the best – and he’s earned it.
Elisabeth – young, bright, and always smiling
Her good mood is contagious – for the team and the guests. Quick on her feet, motivated, and full of heart, she brings energy to every shift and sunshine to every table. One encounter and you’ll know: joy just walked in.
Amina – wherever there’s action, she’s already there
Reception? No problem. Housekeeping? Done. Bar, breakfast, service? She’s on it. Young, energetic, and always on the move – Amina somehow manages to be in five places at once, all with a smile and a helping hand. So don’t be surprised if she brings your coffee… and five minutes later, your fresh towels.
Janosne – lovingly known as “Mama B”
Mother of Janos and Elisabeth – and a quiet hero behind the scenes. Small in stature, big in dedication. She moves through the hallways with calm and care, never loud, always reliable, and full of quiet strength. She doesn’t say much – but she gets a whole lot done. Always with a smile.
Hildegard – part of the Standlhof for 28 years, and dust doesn’t stand a chance
A true Uderns original and an irreplaceable part of the Standlhof family. She knows every room, every corner, and remembers details most have long forgotten. Quiet, hardworking, and full of experience – she’s always there when you need her. Steady, kind, and simply priceless.
Ismeta – Bosnian spirit meets Standlhof precision
For over 25 years, she’s made sure breakfast is ready, on time, and just right. Mom of three daughters (including Amina) – and definitely a bit of a “mother of order” too. Whether it’s bread rolls, deliveries, or keeping the storage room in line – Ismeta’s got it covered. Clean, reliable, and not afraid to speak up – especially when a delivery guy gets a little too bold.
Robert – 15 years in the kitchen and now a true institution
He started out as the new guy and grew into the role of head chef – with calm, reliability, and a deep love for cooking. Always on time, he knows every recipe by heart and brings experience and intuition to every plate. A teammate you can count on – and the steady backbone of our kitchen crew.
Ezat – five years by Robert’s side and now an essential part of the kitchen
Quick, eager to learn, and always giving 100%. What he doesn’t know yet, he picks up fast. A reliable teammate, a hard worker, and someone the whole crew can count on – every single day.
Zoltan – the go-to guy with heart and helping hands
Wherever help is needed, he’s already there – quiet, hardworking, and always motivated. Language? Not a big deal. Zoltan speaks with his hands, his feet, and a smile that says more than words ever could. A true workhorse with a good soul – and an essential part of our team.
