Booking information

• Check-in: from 2 pm to 9 pm – early check is available on request for an additional fee.

• Check-out: by 10 am – late check-out is available on request for an additional fee. 

• WiFi: no password

• Pets: unfortunately not allowed

• Forms of payment: "Standltaler" tokens, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, bartering transactions

• Visitor's tax: € 2,60 per person and day (01.12.24)

• Parking: plenty of free parking available

• Elevator: all 5 floors can be reached with the elevator 

• Kids: children's beds and extra beds upon request

• Barrier-free: barrier-free entrance in parts, rooms can be reached without barriers

• Payment and cancellation conditions: 

Flexible 7 days - Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged at 50% of the total amount. We kindly ask for a 50% deposit at least 7 days prior to arrival. 

Exception: Clearly marked NON REF rates require full payment at booking.

We kindly ask that the remaining balance be settled upon arrival. We recommend booking a travel insurance.
