• Check-in: from 2 pm to 9 pm – early check-in upon request

• Check-out: by 10 am – late check-out upon request

• WiFi: no password

• Pets: unfortunately not allowed

• Forms of payment: "Standltaler" tokens, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, bartering transactions

• Visitor's tax: € 2,60 per person and day (01.12.24)

• Parking: plenty of free parking available

• Elevator: all 5 floors can be reached with the elevator 

• Kids: children's beds and extra beds upon request

• Barrier-free: barrier-free entrance in parts, rooms can be reached without barriers

• Payment and cancellation conditions: Summer (01.05 - 30.11) Flexible 14 days - Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days will be charged at 50% of the total amount. We kindly ask for a 50% deposit at least 14 days prior to arrival. Winter (01.12 - 30.04) Flexible 30 days - Flexible 30: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days will be charged at 50% of the total amount. We kindly ask for a 50% deposit at least 30 days prior to arrival. If you're planning to book 10 rooms or more, different conditions apply. Just get in touch with us — we’re happy to help you plan and will put together an offer that suits your group’s needs perfectly. We kindly ask that the remaining balance be settled upon arrival. We recommend booking a travel insurance.
